its impossible to call them for support. they have the worst input that is designed to purposely never give you access to customer support. be prepared to be put on hold and constantly attacked by their recorded voice that will demand 10 different codes, numbers, ids, pins, dates, and more. You will also have to repeat writing those things in different ways. this is beyond frustrating.

latest Updated version of the app is very very poor. it is not open after installation. it is just like freeze or hang.

This app always shows warning alerts whenever I try to use some features. My login password does not work properly, and every time I have to log in using OTP, which is very frustrating. I have already complained to the bank, but they are not helping to solve the issue. I am using a latest smartphone (OnePlus Ace 6), so the problem is not from my device. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
